Is CH an officially authorized service provider? Is my data safe?
CH is a TikTok Shop official partner (ISV) and a Shopee Open Platform third-party partner. The software is built on official open platform APIs with store authorization.
Which e-commerce platforms and regions are supported?
TikTok Shop in 15 countries, Shopee in 8 markets, Shopify worldwide, plus Ozon and Takealot.
Are live-stream auction orders supported?
Yes. Enable printing for UNPAID and ON HOLD statuses to print the moment a bid is won — no need to wait for payment.
Why are new orders not printed automatically?
Auto-printing requires all three: store listening enabled, auto-print enabled in Settings, and a template bound to the store.
Why is the buyer nickname missing in TikTok orders? How to fix it?
Whether TikTok orders include the buyer nickname depends on store type: all US stores do; outside the US only toy and collectible categories. Three local authorization methods can supplement it.
How do I download and install CH Order Print?
Download the Windows / macOS version from the official homepage; contact support for the Linux build. Register and log in after installation.
How do I authorize a TikTok store?
Choose TikTok in Store Management and authorize via copied link (recommended) or direct authorization. Make sure you are redirected back to the app and see "Authorization successful".
How do I authorize a Shopee store?
Choose Shopee in Store Management and authorize via copied link (recommended). Restart the app if the store does not appear after authorization.
What is store listening and why enable it?
Only when listening is enabled will the app receive real-time pushed orders; otherwise no real-time orders arrive and auto-printing will not work.
How to choose TikTok listened order statuses? Which orders get printed?
By default only "Awaiting Shipment" and "Cancelled" orders are printed. You can enable other statuses — note UNPAID / ON HOLD / Awaiting Shipment may each produce a ticket.
