How your data actually flows

The software is built on the official open platform APIs: you authorize the store on the platform side, and the platform pushes orders to the client over its official secure channel. In that flow:

  • Your store password is never required — you approve the authorization in the platform's own pages, and the app only receives a credential;
  • Data is used for one purpose only: fetching orders, printing tickets, and writing fulfilment status back;
  • The client applies permission isolation, encrypted storage and auditable logs;
  • Supplementary data such as buyer nicknames is processed locally and never passes through our servers — see the nickname setup guide.

How to verify it yourself

Do not take a vendor's word for credentials. Two ways to check:

  1. Search the TikTok Shop Partner Center or the Shopee Open Platform partner directory by the company's registered name;
  2. Ask support for the console screenshot or the app ID, and ask which console page it is — a genuine partner will not mind the detail.

If you are comparing vendors, also ask which access scopes they requested: an app limited to orders and logistics carries very different risk from one holding full permissions.
