Automatic printing needs all three conditions at once. Miss any one and orders simply pile up in the list without a single sheet coming out:
- Store listening is on — enable the switch for that store in the Stores list. Only then does the app receive real-time pushed orders, which appear on the Listening page;
- Auto Print is on — the master switch in Settings;
- A template is bound — bind the designed template to that store, or nothing can print.
All three set, still no ticket? Check in this order
- Read the listening log. The log area at the bottom of the Listening page records what happened to each order. Orders present but no print entries → the problem is in printing; no orders at all → the problem is listening or the platform push.
- Check the order filter. If Listened Order Filtering (by product ID or product name) is on, confirm it is not filtering your target orders out — in practice this causes most "no ticket" cases.
- Check which statuses are ticked. Only the ticked statuses are pushed; an order that never reaches a ticked status never prints.
Other common causes
- The store authorization expired or was revoked by the platform, so listening receives nothing;
- The PC went to sleep, which interrupts listening and looks like missing orders afterwards;
- The printer is offline or the wrong device is selected — the log says "printed" but no paper appears. See printed successfully but nothing comes out.
If you have checked all of the above, copy the log from the Listening page and send it to support — it is the fastest clue for diagnosis.
