CH Order Print ships clients for three platforms, all available from the download section of the homepage. This page covers one thing: getting the app installed and signed in for the first time.

1. Download
Open https://chdd.fun and use the download section on the homepage:
- Windows: installer for Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit);
- macOS: universal build for both Intel and Apple Silicon, requires macOS 12 or later;
- Linux: package for Debian / Ubuntu (amd64); other distributions are available from support.
Requirements are modest — 4 GB of RAM is enough.
2. Install
Windows: the download is an archive. Extract it fully with an unzip tool first, then run the installer inside the folder — double-clicking the exe from inside the archive fails because the installer cannot see the files next to it.
macOS: open the dmg and drag the app into Applications. If the first launch says the app "is damaged", Gatekeeper is blocking an unsigned build — follow the macOS damaged-app fix.
Linux: install the .deb with dpkg -i, or open it with your graphical package installer.
3. First login
- Launch the app, register an account and sign in;
- Open Store Management, pick the platform (TikTok / Shopee / Shopify / Ozon / Takealot) and authorize the store;
- Turn on listening for that store — only then does the app start receiving live orders;
- Create a print template, bind it to the store, then enable auto-printing.
For the details of those three steps, see How do I authorize a TikTok store?, What is store listening? and Why are new orders not printed automatically?
4. If it will not install or open
- Windows installation fails: usually the archive was not extracted, or Windows Defender blocked an unsigned installer — see Windows installation keeps failing;
- Mac reports the app as damaged: see the damaged-app fix;
- Installed but nothing prints: that is not an installation problem — check the three conditions for automatic printing.
