Yes. Pick an existing one in the Template Center, or design your own. The template decides what appears on the sheet and how it looks.

What you can customise

  • Paper and layout: size, margins, and where each element sits;
  • Static content: text, logo, return instructions, support phone number;
  • Dynamic fields: order number, recipient, phone, address, product name, SKU, quantity, notes, store name, order time — bound as variables and filled per order at print time;
  • Barcodes and QR codes: bound to fields such as order number or tracking number, ready for a scanner.

When one template is not enough

Picking slips, shipping labels and invoices need different information: the warehouse wants SKU and quantity, the courier only needs address and phone, the customer wants the amount. Build separate templates per purpose and bind each to the store — one store can switch between them.

Two settings people miss

  • SKU Merge: decides whether an order prints one sheet or one per item. Getting it wrong only wastes paper or loses picking information — check it while you are in there, see what SKU Merge means;
  • Binding: a finished template does nothing until it is bound to the store.

After configuring, print one real order by hand and confirm nothing is clipped and the barcode scans before letting automatic printing run.
