Bulk printing TikTok orders differs from other platforms in one respect: TikTok has more order statuses and its live-stream orders arrive in bursts, so how you filter decides whether you print the right ones. Here is the whole flow, in the order you actually do it.

1. Prerequisites: four things

  1. The client is installed and signed in;
  2. The store is authorized — no authorization, no orders; see How do I authorize a TikTok store?
  3. The printer is connected and selected in Settings;
  4. A template exists and is bound to that store, otherwise clicking print produces nothing.

2. Filter first, select second

On the Orders page, narrow in this order:

  • Time range: the start must be earlier than the earliest order's creation time — the most common reason a search looks empty;
  • Status: whether you print only Awaiting Shipment, or include unpaid orders, depends on your dispatch rhythm;
  • Product ID / name: with several TikToks live rooms running, this isolates one room's orders.

Selecting all after filtering is much safer than selecting everything — otherwise already-shipped orders get a second ticket.

3. Select and print

Tick the target orders and click Batch Print; jobs queue locally and print in sequence. You can keep using the app meanwhile.

4. Two checks afterwards

  • Is the sheet count right? It follows the template's SKU Merge setting: 50 orders can produce 80 sheets. Estimate consumables by sheets, not by orders;
  • Any failures? The queue records them — after clearing a jam or reloading paper, use one-click reprint rather than re-pulling orders.

5. When not to use bulk printing

Daily incoming orders should not rely on it. While orders keep arriving, the right tool is automatic printing, which prints each order as it lands; bulk printing is for reprints and backlogs. The difference is covered in How to print in bulk.
