"Overseas version of TikTok" is simply how many sellers refer to TikTok. This page covers the same ground: how to make live-stream auction and flash-bid orders print the moment they are won.

For the full walkthrough, see Are live-stream auction orders supported? This page does three things: explains what makes auction orders different, gives the shortest setup path, and lists the three traps.

1. Why auction orders are different

A normal order runs "place → pay → awaiting shipment → print". An auction order usually runs "win → on hold → pay → awaiting shipment", with a gap in between.

Printing only at "Awaiting Shipment" pushes the printing step to after payment — exactly when the live session has ended and the orders are most concentrated and staff are thinnest.

2. The shortest setup path

  1. Enable listening for the store in Store Management;
  2. In the order-type listening settings, tick Unpaid (UNPAID) and On hold / Pending (ON HOLD);
  3. Confirm the Auto Print master switch is on and a template is bound to that store.

All three together, and tickets print on arrival.

3. Three traps

  • One order can produce up to three tickets. Unpaid, on-hold and awaiting shipment may each push once; ticking all three means accepting duplicates by design, so pick what your workflow needs;
  • No buyer nickname while unpaid. This is a platform rule, not a software fault — see Why is the buyer nickname missing?;
  • Bind the Order Status field in the template. Each ticket then states its stage, so the warehouse does not treat a "printed on win" copy as a dispatch document.

4. Where it is supported

TikTok markets where the auction feature is live, including the US, Japan and the UK. Check your market in which platforms and regions are supported.
