Shopee's flow is shorter than TikTok's, but it also runs through the official open platform: only after authorization can the app fetch that store's orders for real-time and manual printing.

Steps

  1. Click Stores on the right to open Store Management;
  2. Select Shopee as the platform and click Authorize. Two options:
  • Copy authorization link (recommended): open the copied link in a browser where the store is already logged in and confirm — no second login;
  • Direct authorization: log in to the store in the popup browser and authorize — better when this PC has never signed in to the store.

Do not close the page midway through; let the flow finish before returning to the app.

Store missing afterwards

Restart the app — usually the local store list just needs a refresh. If it still does not appear, redo the authorization and make sure it runs to the final step.

Multi-market stores authorize separately

Shopee shops in different markets are independent stores. A Malaysian shop, a Taiwan shop and a Thai shop under the same account each need their own authorization, and the app lists them as separate stores — orders, template binding and listening switches are all configured per store.

What comes next

Enable store listening. Without it the app receives no real-time pushes — see What is store listening?
