Store authorization connects your store to the app through the platform's official open platform. Only after it completes can the app fetch that store's orders, for both real-time and manual printing — and no password is handed over in the process.
The two authorization methods
- Click Stores on the right to open Store Management;
- Select TikTok as the platform and click Authorize. You get two options:
- Copy authorization link (recommended): open the copied link in any browser where the store is already logged in and confirm — no second login, ideal for operators who already have the admin open;
- Direct authorization: pick your region as prompted, log in to the store in the popup browser, then authorize — better when this PC has never signed in to that store.
The step people get wrong
After confirming on TikTok's side, do not close the page immediately. Wait about 5 seconds, or click the button that takes you back to the app's authorization page, and only consider the flow complete once you see Authorization successful.
If you close early, the platform-side grant may already exist while the app never received the credential — which looks exactly like "authorized, but nothing prints".
Store missing after authorizing
Restart the app. In most cases the local store list simply has not refreshed; if it still does not appear, run the authorization once more and confirm you saw the success message this time.
US local stores
- ACCU type: follow the steps above directly;
- CCCU type: contact support for assisted authorization — doing it yourself tends to fail.
The next step is enabling store listening, otherwise no real-time orders arrive — see What is store listening?
