The most common cause: the search start time must be earlier than the order time. Also check store authorization.

Check the printer connection first, then verify the selected printer in Settings, and check the Listening page log for errors.
What does the "SKU Merge" template option mean?
SKU Merge decides one ticket or many per order: No = one ticket per SKU quantity; Same = identical SKUs merged; All = one ticket per order.

macOS Gatekeeper blocks unsigned apps by default. Run the xattr command in Terminal to remove the quarantine attribute.
Windows installation keeps failing?
Unzip the package fully before installing; some antivirus software (e.g. Windows Defender) may block unsigned installers — temporarily disable it or whitelist the folder.

Select the orders on the Orders page and click "Batch Print". You can also enable auto-printing for a fully automated process from order to print.
