Welcome to CH Cross-Border E-Commerce Order Custom Ticket Printing Assistant / CH Order Print Assistant (hereinafter "the Software" or "the Service"). Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") carefully before using the Service, especially the sections on data usage, privacy protection and disclaimers. This Agreement sets out users' rights and obligations, how data is obtained, limitations of liability and the terms of service, to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Content

The Software provides comprehensive order printing features, covering order information collection, automatic processing, data statistics, batch export, order printing, inventory management, logistics tracking and more. Users can easily check order status, manage inventory and batch-print shipping labels to improve overall operational efficiency. The Software uses advanced data processing technology to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of order information.

Users must keep their accounts secure, strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, and take full responsibility for all their operations and consequences. The Software assumes no responsibility for users' business conduct, including but not limited to order errors, poor inventory management or logistics delays.

2. User Authorization

To provide efficient and accurate order management services, the user agrees to and authorizes the Software to access order-related data. Such data may come from information actively entered by the user or be collected with the user's authorization. The Software will take reasonable technical measures to ensure data security and integrity, and will not disclose user data or use it for unauthorized purposes.

Upon authorization, the Software may read and store relevant order information in order to provide better services. Users shall ensure the legality of the data they provide and shall bear full responsibility for any issues arising from authorizing the Software to access their data.

3. Data Collection and Use

The Software may collect order-management-related data through official platform APIs, authorized web access or other technical means, including but not limited to store order information, transaction data, product inventory, logistics status, customer information and payment records on e-commerce platforms. The Software undertakes to collect data only with the user's authorization and to strictly comply with data protection regulations.

In addition, the Software may use AI analysis tools, combined with historical data and market trends, to provide intelligent forecasting, inventory suggestions and order optimization. Users understand and agree that although the Software strives to ensure data accuracy, the final interpretation of the data belongs to the user's platform.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Users shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and e-commerce platform rules when using the Software, and shall not use the Software for illegal activities.

4.2 Users shall not use the Software to obtain unauthorized data, nor perform malicious operations such as tampering with orders, batch-cancelling orders or malicious hoarding.

4.3 Users shall properly safeguard their account information to avoid data loss or account theft caused by password leakage.

4.4 Users shall ensure that data processed through the Software does not infringe the legitimate rights of any third party; users shall bear all legal liability for disputes caused by improper operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Software is only an order printing assistant tool; users shall ensure their usage complies with relevant regulations.

5.2 The Software is not liable for service interruption, data loss or other losses caused by third-party service failures, network issues, device damage, system vulnerabilities or force majeure.

5.3 The Software assumes no responsibility if e-commerce platforms take measures such as bans or access restrictions due to the user's misuse of the Software.

6. Service Changes and Termination

6.1 The Software reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the service based on business development or legal requirements, with prior notice to users.

6.2 If a user violates this Agreement, the Software has the right to restrict or terminate the service and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All code, designs, interfaces, features and related content of the Software are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any part of the Software for commercial purposes.

7.2 Any feedback or suggestions generated by users while using the Software are automatically granted to the Software as a free, irrevocable, worldwide right of use.

8. Privacy Protection

8.1 We value user privacy and store and manage data in strict accordance with applicable laws and regulations to ensure user information security.

8.2 We will not sell, share or disclose user information to any third party unless expressly authorized by the user or required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation.

9.2 If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court at the place where the Software operator is located.
